At Fruits-Passion, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that all beauty products remain in their original packaging and are unused to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Fruits-Passion account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the unused beauty products in their original boxes, ensuring they are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
